One-quarter of beef, harvested once our cattle reach 1000-1200lbs live weight (about 14-18 months old). Each quarter-beef produces approximately 100-130lbs of edible meat. Our price per pound includes processing. Price paid today is roughly 15% of your total invoice and reserves your beef. If you want a 1/2, 3/4 or whole cow, simply add more to your quantity and discount will automatically be applied. You will be notified with pick-up and final payment instructions when your beef is ready for harvesting. Remaining 85% is due upon receipt of beef. Payment plans are available. Local delivery available upon checkout.
